International Shipping
The actual freight charge will be added to your total when your purchase item add in shipping cart.
Please Note:
1) Shipping method and cost refer to following “Shipping” section.

3) All international deliveries require a signature for receipt of the package.

Return Policy

You may exchange your ordered items for a different specification as long as they have not been used. Shipping cost for the return will be at your expense unless you received the wrong specification. You may choose to return by FedEx or UPS Ground. If you want to return an item and get a different item, etc., please contact us at Contact for details. To return a product, you must follow the steps outlined below within 21 days for international shipments date.
1) You can email us at Contact details.
2) Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging, undamaged, and saleable as “brand new”.
3) We strongly recommend you insure the package for your protection and use a “traceable” shipping method such as FedEx or DHL, or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, or Registered Mail for overseas shipments. You are responsible for any shipping damages/loss that may occur.

We recommend shipping method that “SMALL PACKAGE MAIL of SURFACE AIR LIFTED (SAL)” by Japan Post.
